Применение программ вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий у пациенток с эндометриозом

The influence of the previous disorder and therapy on the results of artificial reproductive techniques (ART) have been studied. This article presents ART effectiveness in patients with different stage endometriosis in cases of agonist and antagonist protocols. In patients with stage 1-2 endometriosis no significant difference has been found in results of agonist or antagonist protocols. In patients with stage 3-4 endometriosis agonist protocols result in better final effectiveness of ART than agonist protocols.
