GAMBARAN KARAKTERISTIK DAN PENCARIAN \nPELAYANAN KESEHATAN PADA PENDERITA \nENDOMETRIOSIS DI KLINIK FERTILITAS GRAHA \nAMERTA RSUD DR. SOETOMO SURABAYA

In the world, an estimated 10 % of women suffer from endometriosis. \nThe incidence of endometriosis in Indonesia can not be estimated because there \nhas been no epidemiological studies , but the findings of the data in the hospital , \nthe figure ranges from 13.6 to 69.5 % in the infertility group. From the results of \nthe investigation of the previous investigators , delays know of endometriosis can \nresult in less good for women who have or still want to have children , according \nto a survey of 25-50 % of infertile women were suffering from endometriosis. The \npurpose of this study was to describe the characteristics and the search for health \ncare in patients with endometriosis .This study is a qualitative study with \nexplorative descriptive method with a sample of patients with endometriosis who \ncarry out checks on Klinik Fertilitas Graha Amerta RSUD Dr Soetomo Surabaya \nin the year 2015 - 2016 who reside in the territory Surabaya. Sampling with \npurposive sampling. Held in june 2016. The variables in this study are not \noperationalized . Research instrument in the form of sheets of questions to guide \nresearchers to conduct in-depth interviews. The result of this research are 30 \ninformants . As much as 7 informants are patients with moderate endometriosis \nand 13 informants are patients with severe endometriosis. In patients with \nmoderate endometriosis were all searching health services to medical staff \nwhereas in patients with severe endometriosis 5 informants who searches for \nalternative medicine treatment. The conclusion of this study, use of health \nservices for endometriosis problem in accordance with the concept of health care , \nbut there is a delay in the search for their own health care
