Analysis of 890 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Objective Explore the gynecological laparoscopic surgical indications,surgical methods and complications.Methods Retrospective analysis of the occurrence of clinical complications and its related factors of 890 cases of laparoscopic surgery in the gynecology of our hospital since 2007.Results Laparoscopic surgery was suitable for benign surgery treatment such as uterine fibroids,adenomyosis,ovarian cysts and ectopic pregnancy.Surgery methods include laparoscopicassisted vaginal hysterectomy,myomectomy,ovarian cyst removed surgery and ectopic pregnancy surgery.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is a good minimally invasive surgical approach,but doctors need to well grasp the surgery operation.
