The Effect of Tonifying Kidney Warming yang Removing Blood Stasis Recipe on the Angiogenesis of Endometriosis

Objective:To detect the expression and meaning of VEGF、MVD in endometriosis and research the mechanism of action of Tonifying kidney warming yang removing blood stasis recipe treated on endometriosis. Methods:Immuno-histochemical staining was used to detect VEGF、MVD expression in eutopic and ectopic endometrium. Apply the recipe to treat the patients with endometriosis and detect the contents of VEGF、CA125 in serum. Results:The expressions of VEGF、MVD in endometriosis were higher than in normal group( all P 0. 01) ,The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was 82. 00% ,and the recipe could decrease the content of serum VEGF、CA125 in endometriosis. Conclusion:The overexpressions of VEGF and MVD in endometriosis had a significant relation with angiogenesis,may play an important role in pathogenesis of endometriosis. The recipe could decrease the value of serum VEGF、CA125 of patients with endometriosis,and intercept the angiogenesis in endometriosis,precipitate the ectopic focus disappear、absorption,it is an active recipe to cure endometriosis.
