Abstract
【Objective】 To investigate the presentation and clinical significance of Cyclin A/P21 and Cyclin E/P27 in endometriosis of ovary. 【Methods】 Apply immunohistochemistry (s-p) method to detect the presentation of Cyclin A/P21 and Cyclin E/P27 in 45 tissues of endometriosis of ovary (observe group) and 35 tissues of normal endometrium (control group). 【Results】 Cyclin A and Cyclin E of the observe group are clearly higher than those of the control group with statistical significance (P 0.05), while P21 and P27 of the observe group are clearly lower than those of the control group with statistical significance (P 0.05). In allotopia endometrium tissues, Cyclin A and Cyclin E are highly presented while P21 and P27 are lowly presented. The regulatory factors in two sets cell cyclesCyclin A/P21 and Cyclin E/P27 are presented in negative correlation (rs =-0.409, rs =-0.480, P 0.05). 【Conclusion】Cyclin A/P21 and Cyclin E/P27 are two sets important cell regulatory factors, which are closely related to the development of endometriosis of ovary.
