Clinical curative effects of Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia

Objective To investigate the curative effects of Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules in the treatment of mammary gland hy perplasia.Methods 48 patients diagnosed with mammary gland hyperplasia were randomly divided into control group(22 cases) and treatment group(26 cases).Control group was given Danazol,and treatment group was given Xiaoru Sanjie Cap sule.The changes of symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared.Results There were 17 patients(65.3%) in treatment group were significantly effective,6 patients(23.2%) were effective and 3 patients(11.5%) were ineffective,with the total effective rate of 88.5%.There were 6 patients(27.3%) were significantly effective and 8 patients(36.3%) were effective,with the total effective rate of 63.6%.The curative effects were significantly different between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion The Xiaoru Sanjie Capsule is more effective than the Danazol in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.
