The endometriosis research progress

Etilogy of endometriosis was complex,but cultivation theory is widely accepted.The pathological changes of endometrial was ectopic endometrial cyslical bleeding and the surrounding tissue fibrosis.The growth,infiltration and hemorrhage of endometrial glands and stroma outside endometrium might develop into nodules and mass which might be the causes of infertility.Laparoscopy examination was considered as the gold standard for endometriosis diagnosis which was mainly based on the shape of laparoscopic lesions.It is very difficult to cure endometriosis and there was no other treatment except radical surgery.
