Results of the psychological investigation of patients of reproductive age with cervical and endometrial cancer and also of patients with benign tumors of uterine body and appendages in the condition of total hysterovarioectomy and chemoradial suppression of ovaries are discussed in the article. The analysis of results of level of compliance in oncologynecological patients testifies to the presence of features of psychologic sphere of such patients. The kind of antitumor treatment and the basic diagnosis define the level of expression of compliance.
