Abstract

Objective To study the effect of Zoladex therapy after endometriosis. Methods Totals of 174 cases with Ⅲ-Ⅳ endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into experimental group (n =82),which received Nored therapy after endometriosis surgery and lasting 6 months, and control group (n =92)without any drug treatment. All patients were monthly followed up by telephone for two years, and postoperative recurrence rate and pregnancy rate in patients with infertility were observed and compared. Results After two years, the recurrence rate of experimental group was 23.17%,and that of control group was 51.09%,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The pregnancy rate of experimental group was 80.00% significantly higher than 46.67% of control group (x2 =6.419,P < 0.05).Conclusions The endometriosis treated with Nored therapy is important for the patients which can effectively reduce the relapse rate, increase the rate of pregnancy,so as to the careful and effective nursing care to patient outcomes.
