Abstract

The influence of regional anesthesia on the contractive activity of uterus (labor activity dyscoordination, cervix distocia) was investigated on the patients (n = 33) with labor activity anomalies. To solve the issue, combined spinal-epidural anesthesia by means of marcain weighted solution (0,5 %) with addition of kappa-opioid receptors agonist/mu-opioid receptor antagonist butorphanol was applied; furthermore, long-term epidural anesthesia with lidocaine (2 %) and long-term epidural anesthesia with low-concentrated lidocaine solution (0,66 %) were used. Corrective action of anesthetic methods was then estimated with use of cardiotocographical technique and vaginal examination. The results of pathological preliminary period treatment with using of regional anesthesia are presented; in this case regional anesthesia is viewed as medicinal sleeping alternative. It was detected that combined spinal-epidural anesthesia by means of marcain weighted solution (0,5 %) with addition of к-opioid receptors agonist/µ-opioid receptor antagonist butorphanol and long-term epidural anesthesia with lidocaine (2 %) have the most significant therapeutic effect. Thus, long-term epidural anesthesia in the presence of sedative and soporific drugs administration is the perspective technique of pathological preliminary period treatment.
