Abstract

The aim of the study. Efficiency research of correction of psychological state of women with chronic pelvic pain depending on neuropsychiatric symptoms using drugs of tetramethyltetraazabicyclooctandione and duloxetine.Materials and methods. A study of psychological status of patients in the main group and control group of women to research the effectiveness of individual correction of neuropsychiatric symptoms in chronic pelvic pain syndrome.Results. The psychological status of women with chronic pelvic pain syndrome characterized by neurotic symptoms in a diffuse anxiety, somatization of anxiety and depression with increasing levels of major catecholamines, which indicates permanent activation of stress reaction and reflects a disintegration of adaptation processes.Conclusion. Proven effectiveness of proposed drugs of tetramethyltetraazabicyclooctandione and duloxetine under correction neuropsychiatric symptoms in women with chronic pelvic pain syndrome by studying concentrations of catecholamine, serotonin and tests to determine the level of reactive, personal anxiety and depression.
