Генитальный эндометриоз. Новый взгляд на старые проблемы Издание является итогом многолетней научной деятельности автора по проблеме генитального эндометриоза. В нем приведены современная терминология и классификации этого заболевания. Подробно описаны этиология и патогенез разных нозологических форм генитального эндометриоза, в том числе механизм регуляции апоптоза и пролиферации, особенности фосфоинозитидного обмена, а также результаты комплексного морфологического исследования. С современных позиций рассмотрены вопросы клинико-инструментальной диагностики разных нозологических форм этой патологии. Дано научное объяснение основных ультразвуковых, гистероскопических и лапароскопических критериев заболевания, подробно изложены основные принципы консервативного и хирургического лечения больных. Учитывая мультидисциплинарный подход, представленный материал может быть полезен врачам акушерам-гинекологам, семейным врачам, научным работникам, исследующим проблему генитального эндометриоза, преподавателям медицинских вузов, аспирантам, клиническим ординаторам и студентам медицинских вузов.
