Abstract
Objective To analyze the causes of chronic pelvic pain,and to explore the effective treatment methods.Methods Data of 280 chronic pelvic pain patients treated in Taizhou People's Hospital between February 2008 and March 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Causes,symptoms,signs and treatment methods were summarized.Results Chronic pelvic pain was mainly caused by chronic pelvic infection(51.07%)and endometriosis(29.29%).Conclusion Chronic pelvic pain is characterized by aperiodic and recurrent pelvic pain.The treatment of chronic pelvic pain varies with different causes and signs.
