Abstract
The function of ovarian was declined,levels of estrogen were lower,endometrium and vaginal mucosa become thinner during menopausal.These changes make these tissues easily cause different degree of vaginal bleeding under the condition of inflammation.It mainly involves the vaginal,cervical,endometrial and tubal inflammation.This paper summarizes some common and rare reproductive system inflammatory diseases which can lead to vaginal bleeding.
