Analysis on the characteristics of pathogenesis,etiology and treatment of endometriosis

It's considered that the main pathogenesis of endometriosis is blood-stasis.According to the complicated fac tors,the syndrome may be differentiated as blood-stasis(BS) due to qistagnation,BS due to cold-stagnation,collaboration of phlegm and BS,BS due to qi-deficiency,BS due to yin-deficiency and BS due to yang-deficiency. The basic therapeutical principle should be activating blood circulation and removing blood-stasis. And supplemented by acupuncture,external dressing and retention-enema.The treatment should be individualized so as to improve the life quality of the patients.
