The effects of laparoscopy in treatment of female infertility

Abjective To probe of the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined treatment for female infertility.Methods Selected 86 patients admitted to infertility during September 2008-September 2011.The patients were divided into study group and control group randomly.The patients in control group were given hysteroscopic examination and treatment,while the patients in study group were treated with laparoscopy combined treatment program.The diagnosis and treatment of two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with control group,the patients in study group diagnosed with fallopian tube distal obstruction rate was significantly improved(P 0.05).At the same time,the ratio of patients with endometriosis,ovarian cysts,proximal tubal obstruction,pelvic tuberculosis,endometrial polyps,uterine fibroids,polycystic ovarian,uterine diagnosis of mediastinal were increased in study group(P 0.05).The cure rate and total effective rate were significantly higher,while the void ratio was significantly reduced in study group,there were significantly difference(P 0.05).Conclussion The application of laparoscopy combined treatment for improving the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility has great significance.
