Application of Hysteroscopy Combined with Laparoscopy in Diagnosis and Treatment of Infertility

Objective To evaluate the value of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods Two hundred and ten patients with infertility were diagnosed and treated by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.Results The major reasons of infertility were pelvic adhesion,the obstruction of fallopian and endometriosis of pelvis.After operations,the rate of pregnancy was about 41.6% in 108 patients followed up.Conclusion Under hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy,the reasons of infertility can be diagnosed,and by which patients can be cured.The operation is the best method of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility and it has important clinical value.
