Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the role of mifepristone in ovary endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery.MethodsEight-six women with ovary endometriosis after Laparoscopic surgery were divided into two groups:group A-56 cases in mifepriston;group B-30 cases in laparoscopic surgery only.All patients were visited 24 months and observed curative effect.ResultsRates of efficiency was 80.36% in group A.Rates of efficiency was 56.67% in group B. The effects of group A were significant higher than group B(P0.05).ConclusionsDepot mifepristone seems to be an effective and convenient treatment for ovary endometriosis with low-cost and few side effects.Then it can be used medication after surgery.
