Abstract
To investigate the influence of bruceolic oil on VEGF in rat with experimentally induced endometriosis and its mechanism, femina rats were chosen, taking peritoneal injection with bruceolic oil Emulsion after the endometriosis mode was set up by surgery of self endometrium transplant, the change of ectopic focus was observed and the expression of VEGF in the endometrium was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. The results show that bruceolic oil can minimize the ectopic focus and reduce the expression of VEGF in endometriosis. So it is concluded that bruceolic oil emulsion could cure the rats with endometriosis, the therapeutic mechanism may be related to inhibition effect of the Angiogenesis.
