Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of QuYiKang on TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1αof endometriosis in rats and to study the possible therapeutic mechanism. Methods: Models of endometriosis in rats were established by operation transportation, which were divided into control group, the modle group, QuYiKang group and Danazol group randomly. Medicines were continually given to the rats in four weeks, and the contents of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in plasma were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: Compared with model group, the contents of TXB2 were more significantly decreased and 6-Keto-PGF1α were obviously increased in QuYiKang group and Danazol group (P0.05).Conclusion: QuYikKang can control the development of ectopic endometrium; QuYikKang also can improve abnormal uterine contractions and alleviate symptoms of uterine ischemia, hypoxia, spasm, pain through decreasing the contents of TXB2 and increasing of 6-Keto-PGF1α.
