Clinical Observation on Dan'e Fukang Decocted Extract in Treating Endometriosis

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect,security and side-effect of Dan'e Fukang Decocted Extract in treating endometriosis(EM).Methods Total 155 patients with EM were randomly divided into the treated group and control group.The treated group were given Dan'e Fukang Decocted Extract,two times one day,15g/time,while the control group by danazol capsule,two times one day,1granule/time.The treament was began on the first day of the menses and finished after three menses periods.The curative effects of two groups were observed.Investigation was taken again in six months.Results There was a significant difference(P0.05)in the effective rate between the treated group(94.44%)and the control group(80.49%).Recrudescence rate of the treated group was less than that of the control group.Conclusion Dan'e Fukang Decocted Extract has a good effect in treating EM,this drug is safe to use and has clinical curative effect for a long time.
