Abstract
Endometriosis is a common gynecologic disease.Its main manifestations are dysmenorrhea,infertility and dyspareunia and affects quality of life of those women in childbearing age greatly.But its etiology is unknown.Recently,some studies suggested that environmental toxins such as dioxin seem to play an important role in pathogenesis of endometriosis.However,potential mechanisms are unclear,maybe it cause the disease through many ways.Herein we reviewed the related researches on association of dioxin with development of endometriosis and possible mechanisms.
