The expression of ER-α and ER-β in eutopic and ectopic endomerium epithelial cell of endometriosis.

Objective:The destination of our study is to discuss the relation between the expression of ER-α and ER-β in epithelial cell of eutopic and ectopic endometrium and the development of endometriosis.Methods:To quantify and compare protein level of ER-α and ER-β in the epithelial cell of entopic and ectopic endometrium using flow cytometer.Results:Our study data shows that the expression of ER-β is obviously higher than that of ER-α in epithelial cell of control group and eutopic endometrium.Conclusion:The result of study reveal significant differences of expression of ER–α and ER–β in epithelial cells between eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis.All that indicate that ER-β may play significant role in proliferation and differentiation of endometriosis besides ER –α.The relations between ER-α and ER-β may be essential for the development,growth,the character of clinic biology,treatment and prognosis of endometriosis.
