Abstract

The analysis of psychopathological and psychological researches of the women after oncogynecological operations (hyster- and an ovariectomia) is provided in the review. Clinical features of mental disorders are described (a depressive spectrum in particular), and the contribution of social, psychological, endocrine and other factors to their psychogenesis is estimated. There are given data on efficacy and safety of antidepressants in coping disorders of depressive spectrum in the women after oncogynecological operations.
