Expression of c-fos and integrin-β_3 in eutopic endometrium during implantation window in endometriosis

Objective:To explore the mechanisms of the effect of endometriosis on humam endometrium receptivity.Methods:The expression of c-fos protein and integrin-β3 in 20 cases of endometriosis during implantation window and 10 cases of normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical method and compared.Results:The mean gray scale of c-fos protein in eutopic endometrium during implantation window in endometriosis and in normal endometrium were 117.98±12.85 and 136.04±17.86(P0.05),respectively.The mean gray scale of integrin-β3 in eutopic endometrium during implantation window in endometriosis and in normal endometrium were 141.63±13.27 and 110.78±12.88(P0.05),respectively.The expression of c-fos protein and integrin-β3 had no corelation(γ=-0.345,P0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of c-fos protein and low expression integrin-β3 in eutopic endometrium during implantation window in endometriosis may decrease the human endometrium receptivity and interfer the implantation of blastocyst.
