Abstract

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with drug therapy for treatment of infertile patients with endometriosis. Methods:A total of 126 infertile patients with endometriosis who were treated in the hospital were selected as study objects, then they were divided into two groups in accordance with informed consent,62 infertile patients in control group were treated with laparoscopic surgery, while 64 patients in observation group were treated with gestrinone based on therapies used in control group. The curative effects in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The total effective rates in observation group and control group were 98.4% and 87.1%,respectively,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum level of CAl25 before treatment between the two groups, but the serum levels of CA125 after treatment in the two groups decreased significantly, compared with before treatment, there was statistically significant difference(P0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions in observation group and control group were 3.1% and 8.1%,respectively,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The pregnancy rates in observation group and control group were 29.7% and 16.1%,respectively,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with drug therapy for treatment of infertile patients with endometriosis is satisfied, which is superior to simple surgery, and the method is safe and reliable, which is the first choice in clinic.
