Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of combination of laparoscopy and medicine in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 115 cases with endometriosis after laparoscopic operation were divided into three groups:mifepristone group was 35 cases, gestrinone group was 40 cases, control group30 cases, all of them were regularly followed-up.The efficacy, relapse rate, pregnancy rate and side effect were compared among the three groups. Results There was no obvious difference between Mifepristone and Gestrinon group in remission and relapse rate(P0.05).The complete remission rate in control group was worse than that in the other two groups(P0.05),and the relapse rate in control group was obvious higher than that in the other two groups(P0.05),The pregnancy rate in infertility patients was no obviously statistical difference after operation in these 3 groups. Conclusion The relapse rate is lower in laparoscopy combined with medicine group than that in simple operation group for the treatment of endometriosis. There is no obvious increase of pregnancy rate after operation when treated with medicine.
