Abstract
In order to study the stability of highway slopes in the mountainous areas of southern Zhejiang, this paper takes the highway slopes in Wenzhou area as a representative, and uses the research methods of investigation and statistics, indoor experiments and numerical simulation to study the stability laws of highway slopes in mountainous areas. Through investigation and statistics, the safety and stability of highway slopes are understood, and the geotechnical parameters and shear performance parameters of typical slope soil are obtained through indoor experiments. Using the obtained geotechnical parameters, the binary slope stability of upper soil and lower rock is numerically simulated by finite element software, and the relevant laws of slope stability in Wenzhou area are obtained. The research results of this paper can provide technical support for the stability protection and treatment of highway slopes and engineering disaster prevention in this region, and can also provide reference for similar projects in southern Zhejiang.
