Abstract

Objective:To investigate the analgesia effect of acupuncture therapy on endometriosis(EMT).Methods:28 SD rats were divided into three groups as the normal group,EMT model group,acupuncture group.The level of β-EP and DynA 1-13 in rats pituitary,thalamencephalon and ectopic endometrium were determined.Results:The the level of β-EP and DynA 1-13 in the model group had reduced markedly compared with the normal group;β-EP and DynA 1-13 increased markedly in the acupuncture group compared with the model group.Conclusion: Acupuncture therapy had the effect of analgesia function on EMT rats by improving the level of β-EP and DynA 1-13
