Tumor necrosis factor in peritoneal fluid of women undergoing laparoscopic surgery
Analysis of peritoneal fluid from 74 women revealed significantly elevated tumor necrosis factor levels and positivity rates in those with moderate or severe endometriosis compared to women with normal pelvic anatomy.
