Abstract
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Gestrinone on inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)in the serum of Rats Model of Endometriosis(EMs).METHODS The research created Rats Model of EMs successfully by transplanting auto endometrium in abdomen and tail-clamped.Four weeks after operation, the model rats were randomly divided into two groups:the group of model, and the group of Gestrinone,All of them were treated respectively for four weeks, and then put them to death. The level iNOS in the serum was detected by colorimetry.RESULTS The difference of the activity of iNOS in the serum was significant(P0.01)between the model set and the the group of Gestrinone.CONCLUSION through down-regulating iNOS,Gestrinone can decrease the level of NO in the serum of model rats to repress the plant and growth of ectopic endometrium.
