Abstract
Objective Lparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy clinical effects.Method With dysfunctional uterine bleeding,uterine adenomyoma,endometriosis,uterine fibroids larger uterus(12 weeks of gestation uterus 16 weeks gestation) and other indications for hysterectomy in patients with laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy.Results Laparotomy because of severe adhesion in 1 case,the success of 88 cases,surgical success rate of 98.9%,average blood loss was 126mL,mean operative time was 87min,postoperative hospital stay was 5~7d.Conclusions Laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy,less bleeding,less trauma,shorter hospital stay and faster recovery.
