Research Progress in Immune Related Serum Inflammatory Factors ' Expression in Endometriosis

Endometriosis( EMS) is a common and popular gynecological disease in women of reproductive age. At present,laparoscopy is still the golden standard of diagnosis of EMS,which has certain limitations. The pathogenesis of EMS is complex,and in recent years many experts have done a series of intensive researches,and found that immune dysfunction and a variety of cytokines secretion disorder might participate in the occurrence and development of EMS. The developments of these theories provide more and more references to find such biomarkers,and theoretical basis to find specific markers for diagnosis of EMS and future disease surveillance and immune therapy.
