Abstract

Abstract Most kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP) patients are diagnosed at the advanced stage and have a poor prognosis. DNA methylation plays an important role in prognosis prediction of cancers. Identification of novel DNA methylation site biomarkers could be beneficial for the prognosis of KIRP patients. In this study, we aimed to find an efficient methylated sites model for predicting survival in KIRP.
