HUBUNGAN ENDOMETRIOSIS DENGAN DISMENORE PADA PASIEN LAPAROSKOPI DI KLINIK FERTILITAS GRAHA AMERTA RSUD Dr SOETOMO SURABAYA (Periode April 2012 s.d. Maret 2013)

Endometirosis is common gynaecological disease that often experienced by woman in reproductive age and can affect their quality of life because of severe pain especially dysmenorrhea. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between endometriosis and dysmenorrhoea. It was an observational analytical study with cross sectional design. The population was patients who undergo laparoscopic surgion in Klinik Fertilitas Graha Amerta during April 2012-Maret 2013. This study used total sampling technique that amount to 105 patients. Independent variable was endometriosis and dependent variable was dismenore. The instrument that usend in this study was data collector sheet. Data was analyzed using Chi Square. From the result, of 57 samples who were endometriosis, most of them 64,9% were experienced dysmenorrhea and of 48 samples with no endometriosis, most of them 72,9% were inexperienced dysmenorrhea. Result of Chi Square test, p=0,000. It means that there is relationship between endometirosis and dysmenorrhea (p < 0,05). As a conclusion, most of samples were endometriosis and most of them experienced in dysmenorrhea. And there is a relationship between endometriosis and dysmenorrhea in patients who undergo laparoscopic surgery in Klinik Fertilitas Graha Amerta RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya
