Abstract
Patients with refractory endometriosis sometimes don't respond to conventional medical treatment regimens because of the refractoriness. Clinical trials and documents suggest that GnRHa has good clinical effect. Especially in patients with chronic pelvic pain that needs long-term or repeated treatment,GnRHa and add back therapy have more important position. In addition, aromatase inhibitors and immunotherapy are in development, which are expected to be potent therapies of refractory endometriosis.
