Abstract

The article is dedicated to new opportunities in endometrial preparation during in vitro fertilization programme in patients with previous unsuccessful IVF attempts. It is shown that intensive low-frequency magnitotherapy and a nitrous monoxide donator are factors which provide regulatory influence upon uterine hemodynamics and the state of endometrium, and the end result of their use is the improvement of IVF efficacy.
