With the massive progression of information technologies, the digitization method has emanated to be more advanced and diversified. Presently, a few well-known museums have created virtual environments in the form of digitized information on their web pages or pre-recording their visit escort through portable devices, which provides faster and at ease access without any time and space limitation and makes the visitors more convenient. Thus, the versatile analysis of virtual museums has the likely to facilitate a better recognize of the values of resources to depot cultural heritage. To bridge a gap between visitors and monuments, we have to reinforce the importance of interactive activities at a greater level of engagement and sense of presence. It could be achieved through the implementation of Augmented Reality. Fortunately, the expectation of museum exhibitions is enhanced by blending the visit experience with more appropriate interaction with real objects and embodiment of personalization. By fusing emotionally engaging stories, a remarkable blend of historical artifacts, characters, activities to offer a fair experience while the cultural site is remote. The landscape of traditional areas provides an effective expression of our culture and history which shows how society has evolved and focuses on which communities define their identity.[ 3 ] Visual effects of a virtual museum provide the viewing of monuments, but our idea brings the real visit of the museum by taking photos, to know the historic story of the monuments using chatbot and provides the effect of 3D visualization. With the lack of poor participation of viewers, the maintenance of the museums is quite difficult. with the concept of virtual museum maintenance becomes easy and provides more convenience to the viewers by having a look and feel experience. The virtual tour reduces the travelling complexity of the viewers. 1.4 Relevance to Heritage Science. with the relevance to heritage science, a virtual museum is a part of Cultural heritage. To experience the originality of the monuments and surroundings, virtual tour acts as a prominent role. [ 4 ] Focus on the importance of cultural heritage offers a exclusive uniqueness for the economic improvement of the society so people be able to intellect associated to the heritage and in advance since its security. Rich heritage is not fully utilized by the tourism what it deserves. [ 5 ] The Cultural heritage needs to focus on documentation problems, absence of collective work among authorities, negligence of insubstantial heritage, nonexistence, inadequate part or museums to stimulate heritage and absence of prescribed legalizations. 2. Challenge & Constraints 2.1 Strengths: The major strength for implementing this project is availability of resources with easy access to digital information, licensed software, faculties with domain expertise support and we have guidance from management to collect confidential information from the government sectors. High lab facilities to do the research work available in our organization. Effective team with relevant knowledge to carry out this project work. 2.2 Weakness : Since all museums come under the government sector, data collection is quite tough. Inadequate Laws Protecting Monuments, Poor physical planning mechanism, Poor community participation. Difficult in analyzing live streaming videos Major challenge in maintaining up-to-date records. 2.3 Opportunities and threats: Identified the following points as opportunities to implement this project, also predicted various threats with relevant solutions. Our aim is to design a dynamic virtual museum to preserve and to promote cultural heritage and to widespread the historical information. To incorporate dynamic features, a versatile environment is created with emerging tools and technologies. To improve the quality of information resources by creating meta-descriptions. To create virtual guide to deliver the historic story in different multi-modal form 3.2 Proposed system architecture The system architecture, given in the Fig. 1 contains of list of modules. Presently, a few well-known museums have created virtual environments in the form of digitized information on their web pages or pre-recording their visit escort through portable devices, which provides faster and at ease access without any time and space limitation and makes the visitors more convenient. Thus, the versatile analysis of virtual museums has the likely to facilitate a better recognize of the values of resources to depot cultural heritage. To bridge a gap between visitors and monuments, we have to reinforce the importance of interactive activities at a greater level of engagement and sense of presence. It could be achieved through the implementation of Augmented Reality. Fortunately, the expectation of museum exhibitions is enhanced by blending the visit experience with more appropriate interaction with real objects and embodiment of personalization. By fusing emotionally engaging stories, a remarkable blend of historical artifacts, characters, activities to offer a fair experience while the cultural site is remote. Our intention is to describe various approaches that aid to boost a visitor\u0026rsquo;s virtual experience in a museum and art galleries over digital technology.
