Abstract

Objective To evaluate the protective effect of stitch hemostasia on ovarian function during ovarian cystectomy. Methods From December 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital,83 patients with ovarian cystectomy were selected as the object of study, and they were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases of the control group were used electric coagulation hemostasis,43 cases of the observation group were used stitch hemostasia, the rehabilitation data of ovarian function of two groups were compared. Results 6 months after operation, the size of ovarian and peak systolic arterial blood flow(PSV) of the observation group were significantly larger than the control group, and the antral follicle count(F) was significantly more than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05);6 months after operation, the sermn Estradiol(E2) was significantly lower than the control group, luteinizing hormone(LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions The application results of stitch hemostasia during ovarian cystectomy is satisfactory,it has significant protective effect for ovarian function,it is the preferred hemostatic program.
