Endometriozis, endometriyal dokunun uterin
\nkavite dışında bir yerde yerleşimi ile karakterizedir. En sık
\nyerleşim yeri pelvistir, fakat ekstrapelvik, hatta ektraabdominal
\nlokalizasyonlarda da görülebilir. Burada
\ngluteus kaslarında yerleşen endometriomalı genç bir kadın
\nolguyu sunuyor ve radyolojik bulgularını tartışıyoruz.
