Observation of curative effect of laparoscopic in ovarian endometriosis cyst

Objective To observe the clinical observation of laparoscopic in ovarian endometriosis cyst.Methods 200 cases patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 100 cases.Control group were treated by the traditional laparotomy,observation group were treated by laparoscopic surgery.After treatment,compared the level of FSH,E2 and the amount of FSH/LH1.Results The level of FSH in observation group was higher than that of preoperative and control group,the level of E2 in observation group was lower than that of preoperative and control group,the difference were statistically significant(P0.05).The amount of FSH/LH1 of observation group was more than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic in ovarian endometriosis cyst is minimally invasive,quick recovery after surgery,impact ovarian reserve in shorten-time,but the long-term with high security.
