Clinical Discussion on 46 Cases of Endometriosis Treated with Laparoscopic Surgery and Ultra-low-dose Mifepristone

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical treating effect of endometriosis with laparoscopic surgery and ultra-low-dose mifepristone.Methods 92 cases of endometriosis treated with laparoscopic surgery were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.Each group had 46 cases.After laparoscopic surgery,treatment group began to take orally 6.25 mg mifepristone on the first day of menstruation,once per day,continuing 6 months.Control group only adopted laparoscopic surgery,without taking mifepristone.The consciousness symptom improvement and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of control group is 39.1%,the cumulative recurrence rate being 34.8% and the pregnant rate being 23.50%,while the effective rate of treatment group is71.7%,the cumulative recurrence rate being 13.0% and the pregnant rate being 31.3%.The efficiency rate of two groups had significant statistical difference(P 0.01),while the cumulative recurrence rate had statistical difference(P 0.05).The incidence rate of gastrointestinal side effect in treatment group is 17.4%.The symptom was mild and relieved gradually after taking drugs.Conclusion It could have good treatment effect and safety to treat endometriosis with laparoscopic surgery and ultra-low-dose mifepristone.
