The study of Apoptsis gene expression in endometriotic tissues

OA: closed

Abstract

The Apoptsis and gene expression related to Apoptsisin Endometriotic tissues were studied with TUNEL and immunohistochemicals to clarify the effect of Apoptsis and Apoptsis-related gene on Endometrioti tissues. The result indicated that Apoptsis may be less likely to occur in epithelied cells in normal eupotic tissues but most frequently in the ovarin endometriosis group. The conclusion is that ovarin hormone cannot affect apoptsis of epithelied cell in the ovarin endometriosis group and that it has nothing to do with menstrual cycle. And Bcl-2/bax has less control of it.
