Хронический тазовый болевой синдром у девочек

The paper reports diagnostics and treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome in 161 girls aged 12-17 years with pain duration over 6 months. Gynecological pathology was documented in 106 of them, gastrointestinal pathology in 12, postsurgical adhesive process in 13, ovarian varicocele in 5. It is concluded that diagnostics of chronic pelvic pain syndrome must include laparoscopy allowing to identify anatomical changes responsible for this condition and correct them in many patients.
