Abstract
Objective To explore the reasons and treatment of damnification of urinary system caused by gynecological operation. Methods 25 patients with urinary system injuries in gynecologic surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 15 cases of ureteral injuries,2 cases of urethral injuries,8 cases of bladder injuries. The reasons for damnification of urinary system were abdominal delivery,cesarean section,hysterectomy and endometriosis of uterus. Conclusion Gynecological operation might easy to cause urinary tract damnification. Most of urinary system damnifications in gynecologic surgery could be avoid. If the urinary system damnification happened,doctors should take measures in time. Doctors should be familiar with local anatomy.
