In the proposed method, the communication base stations are as the intermediaries for spectrum trading and allocation, the reasonable buyer and seller utility functions are designed firstly, and optimized them by the price matching theory, the maximum utility value can be further obtained. Secondly, the spectral price range is derived based on the optimization utility functions of both the buyer and seller. And then the reasonable trading rules are be established. This can enable both buyers and sellers to follow the transaction rules during the spectrum resource trading process, and achieve their respective desired ideal prices. This also ensures the rational use of wireless network spectrum resources simultaneously. Finally, the simulation results have verified the effectiveness of spectrum trading based on optimizing price matching utility function constraints, and both buyers and sellers can obtain the best returns, and this further proves the efficiency of the algorithm in achieving optimal allocation of network spectrum resources.
