Clinical Research on the Effect of Huoxuexiaozheng Capsule and Huayuzhitong Capsule in Treating Adenomyosis By Stages

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and its effect mechanism of Huoxuexiaozheng Capsule and Huayuzhitong Capsule on adenomyosis by stages.Methods:68 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,37 patients of the treatment group were treated with Huoxuexiaozheng Capsule and Huayuzhitong Capsule.31 patients of the control group were treated with mifepristone.Meantime comparing the changes of dysmenorrhea symptom,uterine volumes as well as the level of serum CA125,blood rheology and plasma endothelin-1(ET-1).Results:The symptoms of dysmenorrhea of the 2 groups were obvisously improved after treatment,there was no significant difference between them.The uterine volume of the 2 groups were decreased obviously after treatment .The level of serum CA125 was obviously reduced after treatment.After treatment,the indicators of the treatment group blood rheology improved significantly and the level of ET-1 decreased significantly too.Compared with pretreatment,the difference was significant,compared with the comparison group,the treatment group was better.Conclusions:Huoxuexiaozheng Capsule and Huayuzhitong Capsule in treating adenomyosis by stages can ease the symptom of dysmenorrhea,reduce the increased uterine volume,the mechanism may be releated to the decreased level of ET-1 in plasma,and improving the condition of high condensation in blood,prompting the blood microcirculation as well as prompting the atrophy and absorption of ectopic endometrium.
