Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of sequential hemostasis on ovarian function in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. Methods One hundred patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in our hospital were divided into two groups.During the operation, sequential haemostasis was used in the observation group(47 patients),bipolar coagulation haemostasis was used in control group(53 patients).Ovarian function changes were compared between two groups. Results Three months after the surgery, obvious fluctuations in the levels of E2,LH and FSH were observed in control group compared to those in observation group, and the differences between the groups was statistically significant(P0.05).The menstruation and pregnancy were significantly better in observation group than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Sequential hemostasis applied to laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy has less impact on ovarian function,it is worthy of clinical application.
