Urokinase under ultrasounel guided tneatment,120 cases of ovarian endometriosis cyst sclerosis

Objective::To investigate the value of urokinase Approach dawn in ultrasound ovarian endometriosis(OEC) hardeningtreatment. Methods:Ovarian endometriosis 120 patients, tumor 134. Were randomly divided into two groups, urokinase group 70, 64 saline group were observed treatment effect, the effect of different concentrations of urokinase, postoperative recurrence. Results:Urokinase group cure rate, efficiency significantly better than the saline group, the difference was significant(P0.01); urokinase group of units of blood clots area(95.3 ±17.8)um2, saline group(1692.4 ±1029.1) um2, F =28.91,P =0.000. Urokinase group pumping speed of capsule contents(2.76 ±2.65) ml/min, the saline group(1.43 ±0.55) ml/min, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01). Conclusion:Urokinase can safely and effectively dissolve ovarian endometriosis and blood clots on the wall, significantly reducing pumping difficult,enhancing the effect of hardening agent solidified.
