Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of perioperative nursing for infertile women applied pelvic adhesion division with laparoscope. Methods 110 patients with pelvic adhesion division under laparoscope were equally divided into nursing group and control group.Patients in the control group received only symptomatic nursing, while patients in the nursing group were given careful nursing based on clinical nursing pathway.Anxiety value and others data were compared between two groups. Results After nursing procedure, anxiety value decreased in both groups(P0.05),while the nursing group decreased much more(P0.05).Besides,the recovery time and hospitalized time of nursing group were obviously better than that in the control group(P 0.05).However,the difference was not statistically significant in operation time and pregnancy rate after 1 year between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing can significantly relieve negative emotions such as anxiety about laparoscopic pelvic surgery and help to improve the process of diagnosis as well as satisfaction of treatment.
